Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer standard shipping on all US orders. Shipping times are typically 5–10 business days after processing. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

International Shipping We ship internationally on select items. International orders may take 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Digital Downloads Digital products are available for instant download immediately after purchase. No shipping applies.

Print-on-Demand Items Some prints are fulfilled by a third-party print partner. These items may ship separately and have slightly longer processing times of up to 7 business days before shipping.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at sugarluvvee@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
